Ten short clauses covering the operator, the one-time offer, delivery commitments, and the guarantee.
1. The operator
buybrainlive.com is operated by Northfield Order Services, LLC, 125 North Market Street, Suite 310, Wichita, KS 67202 (Kansas business entity ID 6584021), acting as the order fulfillment and distribution company for the BrainLive product line in the United States. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. The offer
The site sells BrainLive in three package sizes: 2 jars ($158), 3 jars ($207), and 6 jars ($294). Each purchase is a single, one-time payment. No subscription, membership, or recurring charge exists anywhere in the flow.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. The figure displayed on the encrypted checkout page at the moment of approval is the figure charged; where state law requires sales tax, it is added and shown before approval. Payment is collected by the external checkout provider.
4. Delivery
Orders dispatch within 1 business day and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days in the contiguous US (up to 10 for Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes). These are good-faith estimates; carrier delays outside the desk's control do not create liability, though the desk will always chase a stalled parcel.
5. The guarantee
Every order carries a 60-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date, opened jars included, administered exactly as described in the refund policy. Where these terms and the refund policy overlap, the refund policy controls.
6. Acceptable use

9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the desk's total liability for any order is capped at the amount paid for that order.
