BrainLive Refund Policy

The promise

Every BrainLive order placed on buybrainlive.com is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the purchase date. It applies to all three packages, for any reason, and it covers opened, partially used, and fully used jars alike.

Eligibility window

A refund request must be opened on or before day 60 after purchase, by email to [email protected] or by phone at +1 (316) 425-6190. Requests opened after day 60 are outside the guarantee and will be declined with a plain explanation.

How the return works

1. Open the request with your order number; the desk replies with the return address and a reference number.
2. Post the jars, full or empty, in any secure box with the reference written on it. Return postage is paid by the customer.
3. Once the return is received and logged at the warehouse, the refund is issued within 5 to 7 business days.

Where the money lands

Refunds go to the original payment method only, for the full product price of the returned package. Original shipping charges (the $9.99 flat rate on the 2-jar starter) and return postage are not refunded. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged or incorrect parcels

Parcels that arrive damaged or wrong are handled outside this policy at no cost to you: the desk replaces or refunds them without requiring a return. Report them with a photo within 14 days of delivery.

Scope

This policy applies only to purchases made on buybrainlive.com. BrainLive bought from marketplace listings or other sites is not covered here, because those listings are not the maker's channel.
