What the desk collects to ship your order, what it refuses to collect, and how to reach a person about either.
This policy describes how Northfield Order Services, LLC ("the desk", "we") handles information connected to BrainLive orders placed on buybrainlive.com. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What the desk collects
At checkout: your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number, all needed to fulfill and deliver an order. On the site itself: basic, aggregate visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate region, device class) collected without building individual profiles.
What is never collected
Card numbers. Payment is processed entirely by the external encrypted checkout provider; the desk receives a confirmation of payment and the last four digits at most, never the full number. We also do not collect health information of any kind.
How order data is used
To pick, pack, ship, and track your parcel; to send the transactional emails an order generates (confirmation, tracking, refund updates); to deliver the digital guides on qualifying packages; and to answer messages you send us. The desk does not run promotional email programs against your address.
Sharing
Order details are shared only with the parties that move the parcel: the payment processor (to confirm the charge), the carrier (name and address on the label), and the warehouse team. Data is not sold, rented, or exchanged with advertisers, period.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then purged. Support emails are kept for two years so returning questions carry their history.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. A single functional value may be stored by your browser to keep the mobile menu working smoothly.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold on your order, to correct it, or to have non-mandatory records deleted. Requests are answered within 14 days.
